Welcome to the NFSTI blog. 2008 has been dedicated to ‘positive growth’ and the only way to achieve this is through evaluating and re-evaluating everything that we’ve got going on. As you’ve no undoubtedly noticed we’ve taken on a new website, a new blog site, new products, new relationships, and a new 2 day course. This is how serious we are taking the philosophy of ‘positive growth’.

As you can guess, I am a RE agent in a flat market, trying to get listings in a conventional way and going broke as the sun sets.
I just enrolled with NFSTI and my hope are again “High.”
I want to do great in the reo business but lack the direction.
Give me some advise.

All I can say is wow! NFSTI has helped skyrocket my business and my overall knowledge of the the REO field. When trying to break into the REO business 5 years ago there was no formal education on REO and the seasoned REO agents were tight lipped on how to break into the business. If you take advantage of the training, register your services, keep up with the current issuses on the site and be persistent, you will be successful in this market. In my opinion NFSTI is a PHD program in REO! Thanks
Lacy, all I can say is WOW back! Thanks for such kind words. It really matters when our members let us know of their successes. It’s very motivational since we’re always looking for ways to add value.

Well, I have come full circle and looking to get back into REO. Made some moves to increase my profit margin. Had a great 2008 but starting out slow in 2009. Too much brain damage from short sales! My first thoughts were to see what your site had to offer. Considering the coaching route. I feel like I’m starting over. Your new site is very impressive and hopefully I can generate some REO/BPO business quickly! That’s what it is all about, right! Thanks for all your past support!
